Bánh mỳ & cafe Son

This was our favorite banh mi in Ha Long! And their coffee is good, too. It was conveniently located around the corner from our hotel so we visited often. The Xa Xiu (BBQ Pork) was my husband's favorite. Only 20k!! Owner is super nice and place is clean. Best for Takeaway. Limited seats out front.

Small table outside of this cafe looking up at The Poem Mountain. This is the only place for Banh Mi my husband and I could find in all of Ha Long, whereas many cafes and restaurants in Cat Ba Island offer Bahn Mi stops. Strong Vietnamese ice coffee in this cafe is amazing, too!

Wonderful banh mi and such a good value!! So happy we found this place. Bread is fresh and filling is flavorful. Come early because they sell out!

As a half English half Vietnamese person visiting my mother's how town I was so happy to come to this wonderful cafe with her where the owner of the shop showed us nothing but kindness and enjoyed sitting and talking to me and my mother while we took a brake from the hot water and relaxed enjoying a drink together traveling is all about memories and the storys my mum shared with me while we sat here were one of my favourite memories of the trip
